Okay, if we stop and think honestly, we know the answer to that question, right? God! God is the only truly important thing, because if wo don't honor and obey Him, nothing else matters at all, right? Of course right!
Well, it's pretty easy to give the church answer - its something I'm actually pretty good at - Know what the teacher wants to here, quote a Bible verse, when in doubt say Jesus! But there's more to it than that.... Just because God is the church answer doesn't mean He's not the Right answer, or the Real answer. We just have to make it a little more Relavent. So now we have to use the easy church answer as the basis for how it applies to life. So, here goes!
~*~THINGS THAT ARE IMPORTANT~*~
Faith. The most important thing about my life is my faith (okay, 'nother church answer, but it's still totally true!) and I should live that out in every moment of every day.Friends. The people that surround me by choice are total miracles - anyone that puts up with me when they don't have to is just awesome. They are all blessings from God, and I it's my privelage to bless and encourage them in return.
Family. The people that are stuck with me are all there for a reason. My beloved parents, and my (real) siblings have no choice in being related to me, and they are all Christians who give me Godly advice when I need it. That's a total God thing.
Other. There are lots of things that don't fit in those categories that are still important, like education and a job. Don't think that by putting these things last I'm saying they don't matter - they do. However, getting a good education is NOT a priority unless it furthers the kingdom of God. Maybe the best way I can serve God is to go straight into the ministry out of high school, or to head out on a political campaign trail before going to college. Who knows? Well, God does, and if I ask Him for wisdom, I can assume that He will let me know what I should do (especially since it just kinda says He will in the Bible. :p )
Okay, rant over. Just wanted to kinda vocalize my thoughts about this - writing things out helps me to understand my own opinions better... "owning my faith", right? Right.

Owning ones faith is certainly better than selling it.
