So what is the deal with modern art? People take their Picasso's and make them sculptures and then put them up around town, and at acu. and there's that weird statue of the guy with the pigs coming out of him... eew! A lot of this "artwork" that I'm seeing on display is not only not very good, but disgusting!
On a totally separate note, my condolences to anyone who is any manner of tech support. From Team 55 at acu to the Support2 moderator on Travians (an online mmorpg), you get some pretty bad headaches. Although I'm sure the idiots vary with the software, the rudeness seems to be pretty constant. Most of the time it seems like any jerk who wants to complain comes to a support techie. Although I try to help my friends who are moderators, it's difficult. I've found that even those who want to help us end up being rude to the idiots, and that makes it all so much worse. SO please, be kind to the person who asks you "Why won't my computer turn on?" when it is on, but the monitor isn't. Or the person who spams your chat box for a long time, and then says, "I don't care what you think" when you threaten to ban/report/whatever him. These are real people, and though they may not always deserve respect, we should tolerate them. READ THE MANUAL AND THE FAQ FOR GOODNESS SAKES! *pant pant* I'm good now.
In other news, I've been feeling sick a lot lately. Tired, hungry, sick, and achy seem to be a constant theme these days. :( Please pray for me to have strength and get better. I also have school to finish... That will require great endurance. Aaand if you've seen my busy schedule, I've added two camps to it this summer. I already went to one of them (beginning of this month) and the other one is in July. I'm going to be happy to sleep in my own bed on the weekends!
Maybe more posts later. I think this may be the most posts in a row(or at least super close together) I've had without setting out with that intention... Better not jinx it.

Laptop (and crossed fingers)
So lately Pendora (my laptop) has not been working well. There's nothing wrong with the way she does anything, and she's fast enough I suppose. It's the power supply cord. The cord no longer looks nice, after having been repaired multiple times. but the main problem isn't cosmetics - the cord simply no longer supplies power. SO I've had my dad take it to someone and he fixed it. then it broke again and my dad fixed it. and then one more time and my dad fixed it. I think the next time it breaks I shall simply petition for a new one. :(
But hopefully it won't break! The best option is that I'm really careful with it and don't drop it, bump it, touch the cords at the back, or breathe on it while it's plugged in!

Mario Kart, Super Mario Galaxy, Star Pirates, Books
A lot of people have been asking me "What's up?" or some equivalent lately. Here is the answer.
The things that are occupying my time the most right now are games and books.
The main games are Star Pirates (an online adventure - awesome! http://www.starpirates.net/register.php?referer=6159 ) Super Mario Galaxy (also awesome - for the Wii. I'd like to thank Carson for getting me addicted and Hannah and Scott for owning it:) .) and also Mario Kart. I got my license yesterday and already have golds on all the 50c.c.s and most of the 100c.c.s! :)
The books are of a manifold variety. OnePiece, Charlie Bone, Magic Kingdom For Sale, The Thief, and The Girl Who Owned a City are my most recent reads - although those are all withing the past three or four days.
Also I spend time chatting, blogging, e-mailing, and reading online comics. :)
And now you know What's Up. Thank you for joining us, come back some other time, some other station, and there might be some other posts up! (If you {and me too} are really lucky)

Blessed and Busy.
Blessed and Busy seem to be the main themes of my life right now.
I went to a wonderful camp, spent time with awesome people, learned a LOT, then stayed with my amazing cousins, played games, went shopping, had crazy fun, and now I'm home.
If you've looked at my schedule, you see that it's super full - the camp I went to before visiting my cousins was a last minute add on, making my camp total 4 - HSU, HHSS, Brenam, Houston. Although Houston isn't technically a camp - it's our missions project. Our trip to Mexico was sadly canceled because of the unrest there.
In other news - I decorated one of the doors in my room with my drawings - look on my facebook for pictures, because I don't have any on my laptop. Speaking of my laptop, you may know that it has always had "issues". The power supply cord had this thing where it didn't supply any power. Thankfully, my father is a computer technician. One of his employees fixed it for me, so I owe him a plate of brownies! But it's totally worth the cooking - Pendora(yes, my laptop has a name.) is back up and running again! Yay!
I bought a rock fountain at a thrift store for 5 dollars - it is wonderful! pictures will be on my facebook soon.

Harmony Hill Singing School
I just left HHSS (Harmony Hill Singing School) and let me tell you, it was a blast. I learned a lot about singing, developed my voice, met new people, played tons of volleyball, dumped water on my friends, made breakfast at 4 A.M. and basically had a lot of fun.
My friend Brianne and I both sang low tenor. The girls in Brother Bryce's class learned a song he wrote out of class, and performed it for him, all in one afternoon! Although I came away slightly exhausted, I thoroughly enjoyed the week.
In recreation time we divided up into teams and played water games, and then those teams got together outside of recreation time and learned verses together. Verses, games, and good attitudes were worth points. Overall, my team got second out of six! The team we were in main competition with got third, and I still have no idea how that other team won... :)
I played volleyball at least once every day, with a large variety of people. I must say, the best to players on the court were always John Paul and Greg. Yay for spikes!
There's much more I could say, but I have been telling my mom about it non-stop since I got back and I feel like it's all repetition. more later!
